COOLING SYSTEM FILLING/DRAINING DEVICE

MAINTENANCE OF THE DEVICE

• Before storing the unit or using it on another vehicle, it is recommended that the pressure

gauge on the used fluid tank be set to 0. To do so, set the "Air Flow" valve to "Vacuum"

before opening the suction valve (transparent hose) (Fig. 6. and Fig. 7). The fluid and

deposits in the hose will be sucked back into the tank and the pressure gauge will return

to 0. Then turn the valve back to OFF and close the suction and air valves at the end of

the procedure (Fig. 1 and Fig. 2).

Drain the used liquid tank (to be done after each operation):

• For this operation, you will need to reconnect the unit to the workshop air system if it is

not.

• Open the air supply valve, then set the "Tank" valve to "USED" and the "Air Flow" valve

to "Pressure" (Fig 13).

• Place the cone over the tank (Fig. 15) before opening the transparent hose valve (Fig. 14).

Once the used fluid tank is completely empty, close the transparent hose valve and turn

all the valves on the front panel to the "OFF" position (Fig. 1 and 2).

In case of heavy deposits at the bottom of the used tank, rinse it with water to

avoid clogging the machine.
