BATTERY MODULE REMOVAL

Battery Module Removal

Follow these instructions for proper removal and storage of a the Battery

Module from the system.

1. Turn system Off with power

switch.

2. Disconnect the Power Cord

from the power supply.

3. Remove the Rear Panel and

disconnect the Power Cord from

the system.

4. Remove the Front Access Panel

and disconnect all cables and

lead wires.

5. Lift the system from the cart, if

equipped, and place upside

down on a level working surface

with a clean cloth or cushion

under the display lens to prevent

damage or scratches.

WARNING

Disconnect the system from the power source (wall outlet) before

attempting any maintenance, installation, removal or replacement

procedures to prevent electrical shock and possible damage to system.

POWER CORD

6. Remove the four mounting

screws from the Module

securing it to the system using a

#1 Phillips Screwdriver.

7. Carefully lift the Module up and

disconnect the ribbon cable from

the system.

8. Store the module and the

associated accessories in an

area with temperatures

between 15° C and 40° C

(59° F and 104° F), and with

Relative Humidity ranging from

30%-60%.

9. Remove the extended Front

Access Panel, if no other Module

is to be installed, and reinstall

the low profile Front Access

Cover using a #1 Phillips

Screwdriver.
