ATTACH BATTERY TO SUPPORT
1. Using 3 PHILLIPS HEAD SCREWS K,
attach battery to back of SUPPORT.
ATTACH JACK BASE TO SUPPORT
1. Slip JACK BASE into SUPPORT
2. Use BOLT C,12mm NUT,
WASHER F and WASHERS E
to secure JACK BASE with
allen wrench.

1. Slip JACK TOP into ARM.
2. Use BOLT D,12mm NUT,
WASHER F and WASHERS E
to secure JACK TOP to

CONNECT 3" CASTERS TO BOTTOM OF LEG
1. Turn LEG over so that the 7
holes face upward.
2. Screw each CASTER into
LEG clockwise.
IMPORTANT: CASTER must be completely
screwed into leg before any object can be
lifted. Otherwise, damage will occur.
