Using Without Reducing Window

1. First you must place the part you want to vacuum

form to in the bed by pulling the lever on the side of

the machine towards you until it locks into place

2. Now make sure that clamp frame is raised and place

your material onto the machine covering the open

square completely

3. Lower the clamp frame and close the locks on the

handles closest to you to secure the material to the

vacuum former

4. Pull the heater over the material by grabbing the

blue handle and pulling it towards you

5. Wait for the material to heat up to the right

temperature

a. Watch the material, at first it will warp in

different areas then when it is finally ready to

be formed it will uniformly droop at the center

by about an inch and a half

6. Once the material is ready push the heater top to

the back of the machine and you are ready to

vacuum the material
