1 . Protect Data (Initialization Data)
The NR - 5500 stores essential operating data such as correction and initialization data
in EEPROM. The data necessary for NR - 5500 initialization is called protect data .
The protect data is divided into the following three types:
Q) External communication mode data
(2) Built - in IC card reader/writer mode data
(3) Language data
2 . Setting up Protect Data
(T) Press the [MENU] key in the measurement mode to display the menu screen.
Press [MENU] key.
Press the [SYS SET] key in the menu screen, and the system data setup screen will
appear.
Remove the blind cover on the right side of the Main body and set DIP switch No. 5 to
ON.
Unused.
Must be
