installation. In this case, a slat was removed from the
swim step to allow the thruster to slide up and down
through the swim step opening. This solution
provides for vertical mount to achieve good motor
depth and avoids interfering with the tender and
other usage of the swim step.
Configuration 2: Stanchion Mount
The "Stanchion Mount Installation Kit" is shown above. This kit includes a T-track assembly mounted to
a stanchion that is ready to be mounted to the aft edge of the swim step. This kit also includes a block
and sling (upper left), four sets of mounting hardware (upper center), and a lanyard (upper right).
