Troubleshooting
Check the following if the device should fail during operation.
Problem
Compressor does
not work after
being turned on.
The medication
does not nebulise.
No nebulisation or
low nebulisation
rate.
The compressor
becomes very
hot.
Disposal
Waste electrical products should not be disposed of with household waste.
If this compressor is no longer required or it is no longer serviceable, dispose
of the device and its accessories in compliance with local regulations.
Please recycle where facilities exist. Check with your local Council for
recycling information.
Possible Cause
The power plug is
incorrectly inserted into the
power socket.
The blue conduction cone
is missing from the
nebuliser bowl.
The nebuliser bowl is
incorrectly assembled or
is tilted at an angle greater
than 45°.
The air-tubing is incorrectly
attached to the compressor,
is bent or damaged.
Too much or too little
medication in the nebuliser
bowl.
The compressor's ventilation
slots are covered or
obstructed.
Solution
Switch off the device ("O") and insert
the power plug properly into the
power socket. Do not use extension
cords etc.
Re-assemble the nebuliser bowl to
include the conduction cone.
Add more medication (2mL
minimum) into the nebuliser bowl.
Follow the Instructions for Use.
Ensure that the nebuliser bowl is not
tilted at an angle greater than 45°.
Check the connection of the air-
tubing to the compressor and the
nebuliser bowl. The air-tubing must
not be kinked or bent. Replace the
air tubing if it is damaged.
Check to ensure the correct amount
of medication is in the nebuliser
bowl.
Note: Medication bowl capacity is
between 2 - 8mL.
Do not obstruct or cover the
compressor's vents during use
