HGV SILENT-BLOCK PULLER/INSTALLATION SET

provided in this manual are closely adhered to.

Use protective work gloves, protective footwear, hard hat and safety goggles.

• Be sure to store your tools in a clean state.

•Place the tools inside their original package.

Before use, it is advisable to check the completeness of the supply and for any transport damage.

Field of application

The tool kit described in these instructions is to be used to properly remove and re t the rubber-metal suspension

bushings with lateral slot (spring bushings). With the help of the special clamp provided with the tool set and

relating semirings, the suspension bushings are pre-tensioned gently to allow for their safe and easy insertion into

their seats, directly on the vehicle's component. In addition, using the accessories in the kit, you can also remove

the old bushings.

The tools can be used directly on the vehicle without the strenuous removal of the vehicle's entire components.

Support ring can also be adapted to use on the workshop press.

This kit contains a wide choice of tools for the most common uses, covering a wide range of heavy vehicles on the

market. Other semiring kits will be available on request.

Due to the necessary forces, especially during disassembly, it is advisable to use a hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic

cylinder OH 3512 can be used.
