STEP 5: ROOF SUPPORT AND TRIM

Items:

2x ST-PT35351075.75.75

Corner Trim:

•

Position 2x ST-PT15252195 and 2x ST-PT15251860

(timber trims) in each corner of the shed, as shown in the

diagram right.

•

Make sure that the end of trim is flush with the bottom wall

shiplap.

•

Fix each corner trim into both panels, use 10x 30mm nails

per each corner trim.

SPLIT FRONT PANEL TOP

5mm Gap

** Pre-drill parts before fixing screws **

1x ST-PT15451580

10x 70mm Screws

4x 60mm Screws

40x 30mm Nails

NOTE:

The layout of your doors can be changed by installing the relevant

Panels on the opposite side of your Hangover Bar.

Roof Beams:

•

Fix 2x ST-PT35351075.75.75 as shown in the image to the left.

•

Use 2x 70mm Screws (1x for the front and 1x for the rear.)

Roof Front Support:

•

Fix 3x ST-PT3535720.60 between each Roof Support Bracket.

•

Use 2x 70mm Screws for each.

SCREW 60 mm

ST-PT15252195

Front Panel Strip:

•

Fix ST-PT15451580 to the front panel, leaving the

same overhang on each side of the window panel.

Use 4x 60mm Screws

•

Leave a 5mm Gap between the bottom of

ST-PT15451580 and the split front panel top.
