G4 - 1824HAB HANGOVER APEX BAR 1.8m x 2.4m - Assembly Steps

Step 8: HATCH

Items:

2x Hatch Window

4x C Handle

4x SHOOT BOLT & LOCK

28x 20mm Screws

Handles:

•

Fix Handle to the Hatch Window.

•

Use 4x 20mm Screws.

•

The handles should be positioned approximately in the middle of the

Hatch Window.

Refer to the image below.

•

Repeat 3 times.

•

Hook the Garden Hatch Window, ensuring the hooked end is at the top.

Refer to the diagram.

•

Leave a 5mm gap on each side.

Back view to inside

(Panel AH has been removed for illustration

purposes only.)

SHOOT BOLT

SCREW 20 mm

NOTE:

The layout of your doors can be changed by installing the relevant Panels on the opposite side of your Hangover Bar.

** Pre-drill parts before fixing screws **

SPLIT FRONT PANEL BOTTOM

Shoot Bolts:

•

Fix 1x SHOOT BOLT & LOCK to the frame of the Hatch and

ST-PT-PAR35701500 as shown in the diagram Left.

•

Using 3x 20 mm Screws.

•

Repeat this step 3 times

Pull hatch in

towards the bar
