With the assistance of another adult, carefully
place left/right side panels and middle panel
onto clean padded surface as shown. Attach
middle panel to left and right side panels with 4
brackets, 4 flat washers, 4 spring washers and
4 large bolts, using an allen wrench. Do not over

tighten the bolts.
B
bottom panel
A. Slide back panel into grooves of left and right side panels.
B. Fit pre-assembled dowels of left and right side panels into
corresponding holes of bottom panel. Secure left and right side
panels to bottom panel with 4 flat washers, 4 spring washers
and 4 small bolts, using a phillips head screwdriver.
C. Secure back panel to top and bottom panel with 6 small

screws, as shown.

NOTE: Do not over
tighten the bolts.
