STEP 10:
Take 2x base sides bars (H) and insert 2x wooden dowels
(#4) into the outer holes of BOTH bars.
Use the dowels to push the side bars into position as shown.
Then fix in place with 2x wood screws (#7).

STEP 11:
Now the unit is stable, carefully turn it over on its front.
Lay the back panel (I) into the grooved edges of the unit and
align the drill holes on the panel with those on the unit.
Insert 16x back panel screws and fully tighten.
