Install the Tek screws (FA4555B) and neo-bonded

washers (102921), used to attach the metal ridge cap, in

a position that will not interfere with the installation of the

next length of ridge cap. The ridge cap must sit flush on

the adjacent section of ridge cap.

Ridge Cap

The ridge cap regarding the second set of installed roof

panels will extend beyond the inside edge of the panel a

few inches when properly installed. See previous

diagram.

41. Move to the door end of the greenhouse and repeat

the installation of the flat brackets for that end of the

greenhouse. (See Step 30 for the bracket locations.)

42. Install the long roof panel and attach it to the lower

roof support plates and to the square flat brackets

installed in the previous step.

43. Move to the back of the greenhouse and install a

non-vented (short) roof panel.

44. Attach another section of ridge cap to the peak in

the location shown in the next diagram using Tek

screws and neo-bonded washers.

NOTE: This section will extend beyond the inside edge

45. Attach flat brackets and repeat the steps to attach

another long roof panel.

46. Install the second vented, short roof panel.
