5.3 Cooking zones
Here you can find an overview of the cooking zones avail-
able on your cooktop. Place the cookware on the cooking
zone that best matches its size.
When a cooking zone is active, the corresponding displays
light up.

You can use the control panel to configure all functions of
your appliance and to obtain information about the operat-
ing status.

5.2 Residual heat indicator
The cooktop is equipped with a residual heat indicator for
each cooking zone. The residual heat indicator lights up
when a cooking zone is turned off. Do not touch the cook-
ing zone when the residual heat indicator lights up.
Display
Meaning
The cooking zone is hot.
The cooking zone is warm.
If you remove the cookware from the cooking zone during
cooking, the residual heat indicator and the selected
power level flash alternately.
Only use cookware that is suitable for induction cooking.

Function
Only one cooking zone size is available.
This cooking zone can have three different sizes. When you place
cookware on the cooking zone, the part of the cooking zone that is
fully covered by the cookware is turned on automatically. The size
can be single, dual or triple.
