B. Inspection before operation:

a. Bef ore oper at ing the machine, please clean the work ing ar ea and keep all

the sundr ies aw ay from the plat f orm, tidy the air and oil hos es to pr ot ect

them from being crushed.

b. Check the air and oil rout e to make sur e all the adapt ers ar e connected

well and ther e is no dam age of the hoses.

c. Replace the hydr aulic oil of the pum p af t er 3 working months, and do it

ev ery 3000 working hour s. Some qualit y hydr aulic oils ar e recommended,

such as G-46#, Gulf - 46, Mobil- 30, BP -32, Shell-32, Esso- 32, Calt ex- 32.

Remember to eliminat e the deposit s in the oil box when replacing oil.

d. Inspect the anc horing bolt s of the tower roller, and make sure the bolt s

ar e tight ened well.

C. Regulations of driving on & off

a. Nobody is allowed to st and by the plat f orm dur ing the plat for m up & dow n;

and some inst ruc tions ar e needed when dr iving on & off.

b. Be sure to anchor the pulling tow ers dur ing the plat f orm up & dow n.

c. When the vehicle is on the plat for m, be sure to lock the shif t and also

block the wheels wit h some wood.

d. Be sure that the safet y legs ar e fully locked by the blocks at the base.

D. Regulations of anchoring the vehicle

a. Inspect the clam p top and clean up the smears and dus ts.

b. Be sure that ther e is no dist ort ion and cr acks on the clam p.

c. Tighten the anc horing bolt s of the clamps bef ore pulling.

E. Regulations of the measuring system

a. Be caref ul to take the measuring rods, and pr ot ect them from dist ort ion or

dam age.

b. Read the measuring value hor izontally to reduce the tolerance.

c. Please put the rods back to the box .

d. Do not tight en the screw too tight .

F. Regulations of pulling operation

a. Bef ore pulling, inspect the chain, pulling tools and pulling ring, and make

sure ther e ar e no cr acks or dam ages on them.

b. Tight en the tower anc horing bolt s dur ing pulling, and do not pos it ion the

tow er collar abov e the red pr ecaut ion line.

c. Be sure of loosening the tow er collar.

d. Do not ex ceed the rat ed load of the pulling tools dur ing pulling.

e. Do not touch the pulling tools and chain dur ing pulling.

f. No one is allowed to st and behind the pulling tower dur ing pulling.

g. Anchoring the vehicle at the opposit e side wit h chain when doing the gr eat

pulling work .

h. When there ar e any pr oblems with the par t s or hydr aulic syst em, please

repair them as st ipulat ed by the supplier s.
