To perform Nomarski DIC observation, the transmitted light DIC slider and an analyzer (U-ANT or U-AN) are
required.
In addition, a polarizer should also be used by attaching the U-FW32PO polarizer on the U-FWT filter wheel.
For details, refer to the instruction manuals of the analyzer and polarizer.
