Answering Calls:
When answering calls, you have 4 options
1. When your phone rings simply lift your handset.

Press the
Line Button

Press the Answer soft key

Speaker
Press the
Answering a Second Call:
1. The easiest way to answer a second call is to press the Answer soft key. The first call is
automatically placed on hold & you are connected to the second call.
Answer & select another line without pressing Hold, the first call is disconnected.
2. To reconnect with the first call, press the
the Resume soft key. To switch between calls after the first time, hit the
Resume.
Ending a Call:
When ending a call, you have 3 options:
1. If you are on the handset, hang up the handset
2. If you are on speaker, press the

Place a Call on Hold:
Note: There is no hard hold button on the phone. It is a soft key function
1. While on a call, press the Hold soft key. The associated line blinks.
2. To return to the call, press the Resume soft key
Last Number Redial:
You have 2 options:
1.
Lift the handset & press the Redial soft key
2. Simply press the Redial soft key to activate the speakerphone & place the call
