Troubleshooting Hints
This is an error that occurred while trying to
unpack the codeplug. From the CPS menubar,
read the radio (File->Read Device) to see if an
error occurs. If an error occurs, then there is
something wrong with the codeplug. If an error
does not occur, attempt the upgrade again.

write the radio to see if there are any problems
with the codeplug. If an error occurs, then there

An Enhancement Option is not found in the
hopt.mdf file or it is not supported by the
particular radio model.

tions. Most likely a communication problem
occurred. Check for loose cables and retry the
upgrade. If the problem persists, try using a dif-
ferent cable or computer.
