Adjustment using the brightness control knob
2.1
With the preset switch in the out position, rotate
the brightness control knob. (The brightness
control knob is disabled if the preset switch is
depressed.)
Adjusting brightness with the brightness control
knob will affect the lamp color temperature and
alter the color balance of the image. If accurate
color reproduction is critical, set a commercially
available color compensation filter on the filter
holder to make brightness adjustments.
If accurate color reproduction is critical, do not use
the brightness control knob to adjust brightness.
Instead, press the preset switch and move the
NCB11 filter (color temperature adjustment filter)
into the optical path. This will provide optimum
color accuracy.
