The line clip that is attached to and forms part of this reels spool(s) has been designed by Shimano for the
sole purpose of securing the line whilst the reel is being transported around by its user.
Shimano makes no representations and gives no warranties (either express or implied) that the line clip may
be used for any purpose other than the purpose for which it has been so designed by Shimano.
Accordingly, neither Shimano nor any or its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for
any loss of damage arising out of or in connection with the user using the line clip for a purpose for which it
has not been designed.
This disclaimer shall not operate to limit any legal or other statutory rights which the user may have as a
consumer, and, in particular, shall not in any way exclude or limit Shimano's liability to the user for death or
personal injury resulting from the negligence of Shimano or that of its employees or agents.
