4.1 Before each Use :
It is very important to check the unit's hydraulic oil level because a pump that misses oil
will quickly break (in less than a minute of operation). Maintain a minimum oil level of 3 inches
(7.5cm) below the hydraulic oil cap. Also check the oil level of the unit's motor and the fuel level.
Open the motor's return gas valve if needed.
4.2 Greasing Gun Maintenance :
Everyday or every 4 hours of operation you will need to grease all
cylinders ends and pivoting joints of your loader (except the hydraulic tandem).
See the diagram below for the following greasing points. The pivoting mast (4
nipples), the grapple pivot (10 nipples), the draw bar and the tandem pivots
need to be grease daily.
