1) Checkto make surenothing is on or will hinder the movementof the treadmill.

Oncea PROGRAM has beenchosen,press ENTER.
E) SELECT A TIME
Selecta Timeusing the KEYPAD, ARROW KEYS, P ROGRAMMING
BUTTON or use the
defaulttime.

F) SELECT A LEVEL
Selecta Levelusing the KEYPAD, ARROW KEYS, P ROGRAMMING

FINISHING YOUR PROGRAM
When your workoutis complete,the CONSOLE w ill beep. Yourworkoutinformation will stay displayed
on the consolefor 30 secondsand then reset.
CLEAR CURRENT S ELECTION
Toclear the current workoutselectionor screen,hold the STOP button for 3 seconds.
Once you have starteclyourprogramyou can quicklychangeyour speedand
incline level.

Press SET SPEED/ INCLINEkey on KEYPAD.
EXAMPLE: Press1,0 and then SETSPEED KEY, y our speedwill be set to
10.0 mph.
