Warm up
Start in the seated position with you knee
at 90 degrees, the ball of your foot on the
soapstone and your heel on the slanted
board. Drive up off the ball of your foot
and toes as high as you can and then re-
turn your heel back to the slanted board.
Perform 15-20 slow repetitions.
Hot & cold therapy
If you want to utilize hot or cold therapy
with HighHealer, you must prepare the
soapstone accordingly.
For cold therapy, place the soapstone on
the freezer at least 1 hour prior to use.
Cold therapy is used for reducing the in-
flammation.
For heat therapy, start by boiling approx-
imately 16 ounces of water. Remove the
boiling water from heat and place the
3
soapstone into the water for 2 minutes. (
We suggest using a cup that holds 25-30
ounces of water )
Heat therapy may help soothe stiff joints
and relax muscles. Use heat therapy
only for healthy tissues which don't have
inflammation. Don't use heat therapy for
inflammation, because it can make the
inflammation even worse.
Please note, that soapstone is hot af-
ter removing the boiling water from the
cup. After removing the water from the
cup keep the soapstone in the cup for
cooling down (at least 2 minutes) before
placing the soapstone into the product.
Stretch the Plantar Fascia ligament and
massage foot and lower limb
Please note, if you have sensitive feet
and/or acute plantar fasciitis, use the
flat part of the soapstone and be very
gentle when applying pressure. If you
prefer more of an aggressive massage,
use the triangular blade of the stone.
Start in the seated position with your
knee at 90° and place the ball of your foot
on the soapstone. Apply slight pressure
into the stone for five seconds and then
relax. Move down approximately 1 inch
towards the heel and apply pressure
