Application Nozzle
The application nozzle is made of copper and can be easily bended
to optimal application position. It is not functional to bend a very tight
radius or to kink the tube. This will block the oil flow. The application

The oil outlet must be at the lowest point of the mounted application
nozzle, otherwise correct oil delivery will not be guaranteed.
The nozzle can be located in the area of the sprocket or the pinion.
According to experience, oil consumption is a little lower by placing
the nozzle on the sprocket. The disadvantage of this position is that
the nozzle is more exposed to dirt and can be misadjusted when
changing tires. Installation of the nozzle at the pinion is almost
invisible and protected.
Installation of the nozzle at the sprocket is the most effective way
bringing the oil on the chain. The oil is transported through centrifugal
force along the sprocket into the chain. The same principle works at
the pinion. But due to the smaller diameter and the higher rotation
speed, the centrifugal force is higher and a bit more oil gets wasted.
The best place for the installation of the nozzle always depends on
the motorbike.
For the installation of the nozzle, a nozzle mounting clamp and some
self-adhesive cable tie mounts are provided. When using the cable tie
mounts, the surface needs to be degreased properly. Bended or
structured surfaces are not suitable for the use of the cable tie
mounts. The processing temperature is at least 20 ° C.
