OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS – LIBERTY Lift

NOTE: CHECK ALL NUTS & BOLTS FOR TIGHTNESS AND FOR WORN PARTS

BEFORE EACH USE

The Liberty Lift

NOTE: It is extremely important to cycle the Liberty Lift all the way to the maximum

down and up position each time the lift is used. This will keep the two actuators

synchronized to operate in harmony keeping the platform level at all times. This is

accomplished by taking the hand held controller and applying continuous pressure to the

button on the controller until the lift stops itself in either the up or down position.

Once the platform is level with the pool deck (fully up position) then lower the tailgate

ramp to the pool deck using the ramp control lever (See Photo 1). Once a patron has

entered the platform, then raise the tailgate ramp to the full up position before starting

the lift cycling into the pool.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Failure to lift the tailgate ramp to the full up position prior to

cycling the lift may result is serious damage to your lift and/or impair the movement of

DO NOT transfer onto the platform if the control box issues a warning tone on the 24v

battery. If the control box beeps a tone, this means the battery is low.

Remove the battery from the lift and place it on the wall mount charger until the battery

is fully charged before resuming use of the lift.
