CHAPTER 1 THE SYSTEM BOARD

1-1 Introduction

The 10MHz - TURBO system board fits horizontally in the

base of the system unit and is approximately 8Yzx 12 inches_ It is

a double sided P.C.B.. DC. power and a signal from the power

supply enter .the board through two six-pin connectors. Other

connectors on the board are for attaching the keyborad and

speaker. Eight 62-pin card edge-sockets are also mounted on the,

board. The I/O channel is buSS.ad-across these eight I/O slots.
