ASSEMBLY

1. To bench mount, choose an

appropriate work bench for

mounting. The workbench should be

solid, level and strong enough to

support the weight of the tool, the

work material and pressure applied

to the tool during application.

2. Unscrew the knob on one end of the

Rotary Handle Bar and feed the Bar

through the hole in the top of the

Travelling Bolt and screw the knob

back on the bar.

3. Mount the Driving Handle onto the

Driving Shaft. Secure the handle in

place using the M10 x 25 Hex Bolt. Be

sure the Driving Handle and Driving

Shaft turn freely, then tighten the hex

bolt securely using the 6mm hex key

provided.

4. Select the correct rollers to match

the tubing type (round or square)

you will be working with, see

'Changing Roller Dies' on Page 5.
