10.2 Yearly checklist
– Leak test the safety shut-off valves and pipe for tightness of closure to make sure no
leakage.
– Test the pressure switch settings by checking the switch movements against
pressure settings and comparing these with the actual impulse pressure.
– Visually check igniter cable and connectors.
– Be sure the burner bodies and air wings, the ignite and the flame sensors are not
damaged or distorted.
