4. Fasten the Receptor in Place

NOTE: If the unit is shimmed, make sure the length of the fasteners is sufficient to span the shims and penetrate

into the studs at least 1" (2.5cm).

- Tack the corners of the receptor into place using #6 large head galvanized nails (not supplied) to fasten the unit.

- Shim the receptor as needed at each of the remaining wall studs and finish nailing the receptor into place in the

predrilled holes.

NOTE: The finished walls should be installed as plumb as possible. If the finished walls are not plumb, the

shower door installation will be affected.

- Complete the finished walls.
