The boom capacity : Our loader has been tested to lift and move a load of 1100 lbs with the boom at full

extension, and the load at the end of the lifting arm. The hydraulic pressure for this operation represents

2450 PSI

2.4  Optional Equipment

2.4.1  The optional hydraulic power unit. This unit is

installed at the front of the trailer, behind the protection grid. A

pressure valve maintains the oil pressure at 2450 PSI and this

SETTING must never be modified. Always maintain the hydraulic oil

level of your machine at 3 inches (7.5cm) from the oil cap. You must

always use Hydraulic Oil #32.

2.4.2  Optional #400 Winch : You can add a hydraulic winch close to the mast on the boom. You will

only need to bolt it in place using the predrilled holes. A pulley support is

installed a little further on the boom. The purpose of this winch is to pull

loads from further away than the grapple can reach, using the 100 feet

(30.3m) length of the steel cable.

An auxiliary valve is supplied and installed at the front of the

control valve assembly. If the loader has been already installed with an

auxiliary valve (a tandem hydraulic lever for example) a double auxiliary

valve will be required because 2 individual auxiliary valves cannot be

installed on the same control valve assembly.
