Maintenance guide

Oil injection, power connection, connect suction pipe

1. Product basic component

Nameplate

Inlet port

Vacuum oil

2. Oil injection

Unstop the oil inlet

Inject the product's particular oil

- Note : Oil standard chart

Fill up to "MAX" in an oil gauge.

- Note : Oil standard chart

Make sure to check the o-ring

in an oil inlet and reassemble

the parts.

3, Connect the power

Disassemble the

electricity box's cover.

Check the wiring diagram

inside of the electricity box

and connect the wires.

After perforating the side of

the electricity box, connect

the power.

Check the rotation direction

of cooling blade.

Warning :

No match of voltage and frequency

will cause a severe damage to the

motor.

Warning :

A backlashing of the motor will

Cause a severe damage to vacuum

pump.

4. Connect suction pipe.

Remove the rubber stopper in

an inlet and Connect the suction

pipes.

Warning :

In case of any foreign substances

coming into the pump, it will

cause severe damages to rotor

and vane. In this case, installation

of an extra filter on suction pipe

is necessary.
